This renovation of a 1,068 square-foot, 1920’s bungalow/craftsman home to its former appeal including the restoration of the front porch to its original design which included a single reclaimed wood beam with a 26-foot span, 18” height and 10” depth. The kitchen was modernized with new amenities while maintaining the bungalow/craftsman style. A nursing room was remodeled to create a master bathroom with an open shower and his and her sinks.
