An 1,080 sf 50’s bungalow gets an 1,650 sf addition with improved circulation creating a transitional space from the exterior to the interior in the form of a gallery to exhibit the client’s photography. The three bedrooms were re-arranged towards the front of the house in a pinwheel pattern around a square foyer. The kitchen and living spaces flow into an outdoor deck with a fireplace. The master bedroom suite includes a walk-in closet, outdoor deck with fireplace and a master bath with indoor/outdoor shower. Completed in 2009.
