Sawyer Silverlake / Clover / Kettle Black

The existing 7,500 sf unreinforced masonry building previously housed a bank, a photography studio and a restaurant. The remodel which includes structural retrofitting of the building brought about three new restaurants increased occupancy for each of the new restaurants. A steel and glass greenhouse feel dominates one of the restaurant spaces which also includes a street-side outdoor patio and kitchen furnished with a new pizza oven. A second restaurant includes large windows facing the Sunset Boulevard connecting the restaurant to the street life while an outdoor patio toward the back offers a secluded oasis away from the commotion of the city.
