The existing building used to be a car sales facility with auto repair. After demolishing a small illegal addition, the remaining building was converted to car rental office and the two auto service bays were converted to car wash bays. The steel frame structure is clad with metal panels to transform the building into a contemporary place to fit adjacent uses on busy Lincoln Boulevard in the Venice area of Los Angeles.
